Requires Hospital Management Experts on contract basis through Walk-in-Interview. 

RITES Ltd. a premier consultancy organization is in urgent need of dynamic and hard working Hospital Management Experts for deployment on its projects at Punjab / other areas under QS Division. The appointment shall be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment based on satisfactory performance. Reservations & relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen and Physically handicapped persons would be provided as per extant Govt. orders.

1) Hospital Management Expert

Qualification & Experience :

First class degree in BDS/BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BPT from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 01 year post qualification experience. Fresher with 1st class in PG course in Hospital & Health Management will also be considered (2nd class for SC/ST/OBC).  

Desirable: 

- Qualified lead auditor course in QMS (ISO 9001) 

- Awareness of IPH standards & guidelines 

- Familiarity of applicable legal requirements 

- Familiarity with clinical & hospital administration procedures. 

Note: i) The candidate should be conversant with the functioning of hospital at district, PHC, CHC & sub units level.

ii) He should be able to independently prepare documentation for establishing system within the hospital/CHC/PHC etc. and provide them guidance & support for implementation,  conducting trainings and audits in the hospital / group of hospitals.

Candidates fulfilling the above criteria may attend walk in interview, with 1 copy of the application prepared in the  format available on RITES website along with original & an attested copy of educational and experience certificates with one copy of recent passport size photograph at the venue given below:

Note: Registration will be from 1000 to 1300 hrs. 

After preliminary screening of the applications & certificates etc. submitted by the candidates in person, suitable candidates will be interviewed. Candidates have the option to appear for interview either in Hindi or English.
