ELIGIBILITY:

The candidates must have passed  B.D.S. and have completed their one year Compulsory Rotating Internship by 31st May 2011

AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION FORMS:

It can be downloaded from BHU Web. Site  www.bhu.ac.in  & www.imsbhu.ac.in

It can also be obtained from the office of the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU Varanasi on submission of a MICR DD of ` 100/- in favour of the “Director, Institute of Medical Sciences”, payable at Varanasi along with self addressed envelop (25 X 16cm) by Post till 09th  May 2011 and in person till 16th May 2011.
