It is advisable to IGNOU students to go through the old question papers of their respective subjects to get an idea of the possible questions which may come in the IGNOU Exam. In this page i tried by best to bring many links to question papers that are available on net. Often it is found that students fail to search IGNOU question papers on net and some times they could get a few question papers. I advise to students that they should use google search for better search results and use targated keywords. Like when you try to find question papers on MBA Course then type IGNOU MBA Question Papers , IGNOU BBA Previous Years Question Papers. These type of search of IGNOU question papers will bring results you want.

IGNOU conduct term end exam two times a year (June-December). If any student fails to appear for an exam or whole exams then he/she can appear for the subject(s) after six months. Many Open Universities in India do not have these type of facilities for it's students. Students should go through the previous years question papers of both June and December session.Also go through the study materials that IGNOU deliver through post to the students.

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)
IGNOU is a central university and is a member of The Association of Indian University (AIU). It is world’s fifth largest Open University and has played a significant role in establishment of Distance Education Council which is responsible for providing quality distance learning in India. It has a strong network of 961 study centers and is spread across India. Yearly it enroll around 13 lakh student for different courses.
It offers vide range of certificate courses such as:
·         Certificate in performing visual arts
·          Certificate in NGO marketing
·          Advanced certificate in power distribution management
·         Certificate in new born and infant care
And many such courses. IGNOU has also started with certificate and diploma courses in Japanese, German, French, and Chinese.
The admission procedure for various courses and management programmes is being worked in a following manner:
Admission for management programmes the announcement is done twice a year in the month of March/ April and September/October. Followed with the entrance test which is also held twice a year on the first Sunday of February and the first Sunday of August.
Admission for B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.CA and M.A are issued in the month of May/June. Admission for B.Ed, Bachelors of Information Technology Programmes is being available through national entrance test which is being conducted in the first Sunday of August.
Except above for all other programmes admissions the announcement is done in the month of May/June and last date of submission for filled form is 15 September.
IGNOU also offers “Round the Year Admission” by the walk in admission process. The candidate can avail the admission form from various centers of regional study centers and also can download the application form www.ignou.ac.in and can submit the form to the concerned regional centers.
Students can also have the benefits of Re-admission if they fail to attend classes. So that student can avail the Re-admission except MBA and MP.
