West Bengal JEE exam is organized in primary stages of admission process to select candidates in MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm, and B. Tech plus courses in diverse institutes and colleges under West Bengal University.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants who are apply for the exam need to have completed the 12th class or its equivalent having minimum 50% marks. The reservation group needs to score minimum 40% marks. To apply for the B.Tech, BE, B.Pharm, and B.Arch courses, the applicants should have studied PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) in the 10+2 as well as for Pharmacy, Dental and Medical courses; the students need to have studied science subjects. They should have studied English like a subject. Candidates appearing in the final exams are qualified to apply as well. The applicant needs to have minimum 17 years of age when applying. 

Application Procedure

Application form as well as information brochure are obtainable at different branches of United Bank of India. The cost of E/M type form is Rs. 500/- also type C form is available by paying Rs.600/-. Candidates want to obtain the forms through post need to send request letter along with the necessary demand draft to the agreed amount with Rs. 200/- additional fee.  The demand draft should be payable at the Howrah, Kolkata. The accomplished form with applicable documents should be sent at board’s office as earliest.

How to fill the application form

Here are some tips about how to fill the application form: 

• Candidates must read directions carefully from brochure. 

• Candidates must fill the application form in the block letters only. They must not overwrite anything. 

• Candidates must retain Challan from bank if the fee was paid. 

• Challan of cash payment should be kept securely. 

• Recent photo of candidate must be fixed in space given. 

• Candidates should give signature at space specified.
