Filling up the post of Deputy Director General (Finance) on deputation basis in Directorate General, Doordarshan, Prasar Bharati.
The Prasar Bharati (BCI), Directorate General, Doordarshan invites application for the post of Deputy Director General (Finance) in the pay scale of Rs. 14,300-18,300/- (pre-revised) PB-4, Rs.37400-67000+ 8700 Grade Pay (Revised) to be filled on deputation basis from the eligible candidates working in Ministries/Deptt. of Central Govt/State Govt./ PSUs/ Autonomous bodies.
2. The candidate should be holding an analogous post on regular basis or should have five years of regular service in the scale of Rs. 12,000- 16500/-.The candidate should be well conversant with Rules, Regulation and procedure concerning Administration/Finance with minimum five years experience in the Finance matters. He/She should not have crossed the age of 55 years.
3. The terms and conditions and pay and allowances of the officers selected for appointment on deputation basis will be governed as per the provision contained in Govt. of India, DOP&T’s OM No. 2/29/91-Estt. (Pay II) dtd. 05.01.94 as amended from time to time. The period of deputation will be initially for one year and may be extended upto three years.
4 Eligible officers may forward the nominations through proper channel, to the Dy. Director (Admn.)(S-II Section) Room No.307, Prasar Bharati, Directorate General : Doordarshan, Doordarshan Bhavan, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi-1 within 60 days from the date of issue of this circular for consideration for appointment on deputation basis in the enclosed Annexure.
5. While forwarding the application, the following documents may also be sent alongwith the application:
(i)
A certificate to the effect that the concerned forwarding/parent department/Ministry has No Objection to the appointment of the applicant to the post applied for in the Prasar Bharati, DG, Doordarshan.
(ii)
Attested copies of the ACRs of the applicant for the last five years.
(iii)
A certificate about the integrity of the officer recommended for appointment on deputation.
(iv)
Vigilance Clearance in respect of the applicant duly signed by the officer of the appropriate status.
(v)
A statement indicating the vigilance cases, if any, pending or contemplated against the applicant and details of penalties imposed, if any, during the last 10 years.
6. The candidates who apply for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently.
