At first take from my part a Happy
New Year's - 2011. I am to inform you
that I was a student of Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights in the session 2005-07 and cleared my PG with got 1st Class in the subject of Human Rights under Distance education. then I applied for P.hD in the Aligarh Muslim University but there is no Distance Education in P.hD. In this connection a letter sent by the concerned university. Further, I know from the internet about M.Phil
in the Global Open University,Nagaland. it is the newly university and innaugurated by the Mahamahim Governor's the then Sankar Narayan of Nagaland.
I completed the M.Phil( Human Rights) and my special paper was Nrega this is the scheme of Central Government and prominent scheme for human being. I took three district of Jharkhand as East Singhbhum,West
Singhbhum and Seraikella -Kharswan
Before completed the thesis of Nrega I sent a letter to the concerned Ministry and took guideline before start the thesis.
The scheme of Nrega has failured due to autocrary of the Administration,corruption of the Engineers,Officers. In this connection comment has raised by the Media and Economist cum Advisor,National Council of Nrega.
I got 1st Class in M.Phil(HR)from the Global Open University,Nagaland
in the year 2010. Out of thesis of Nrega Scheme as special paper 200
I obtained 180 marks and total marks 352/500.
Further, I am to also inform you that I several times wrote to the
Central Government as Mahamahim President,Prime-Minister Office,New Delhi,Home Ministry,Lok sabhe,Rajya-Sabha,Hon.Chief Minister's Shibu Soren,Arjun Munda,
Speaker,Jharkhand Bidhan Sabha,Dy.
Chief Minister's,Home Ministry and
All Deputy Commissioner's of Jharkhand to obtain the opinion to set up the State Human Rights Commission,Jharkhand.
then The Jharkhand Human Rights Commnission set up in the 4th March 2010.Now only three members have appointed I know from the Internet.
so I request to the Honourable Chief Minister to appoint the other
five members then the commission may be run smoothly.
