Educational Qualification & Experience Required For Technical Supporting Staff

1. Assistant Librarian: Bachelor degree in Library Science/Documentation or equivalent
professional degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent CGPA and consistently good
academic record, computerization of library.
Desirable: - Working knowledge of computer.
2. Jr. Mechanic (MAE) 03 years diploma from a recognized Board/Institute/University in the
relevant or an allied subject/field or equivalent with 02 years industrial/Lab experience in one or
more of the desired traders from a recognized institute/organization.
OR
10th under 10+2 scheme with Science with ITI certificate/national trade certificate/National
Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent in the relevant or allied subject/field with 04 years
experience in the desired trade from a recognized institution/organization.
3. Jr. Mechanic (Chemistry) Senior Secondary with science subject in the relevant
subject/field with 02 years industrial/Lab experience in the desired trade.
4. Jr. Mechanic (ECE) 03 years diploma from a recognized Board/Institute/University in the
relevant or an allied subject/field or equivalent with 02 years industrial/Lab experience in one or
more of the desired traders from a recognized institute/organization.
OR
10th under 10+2 scheme with Science with ITI certificate/national trade certificate/National
Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent in the relevant or allied subject/field with 04 years
experience in the desired trade from a recognized institution/organization.
5. Jr. Mechanic (Electrical Engineering) 03 years diploma from a recognized
Board/Institute/University in the relevant or an allied subject/field or equivalent with 02 years
industrial/Lab experience in one or more of the desired traders from a recognized
institute/organization.
OR
10th under 10+2 scheme with Science with ITI certificate/National trade certificate/National
Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent in the relevant or allied subject/field with 04 years
experience in the desired trade from a recognized institution/organization.
6. Jr. Mechanic (Physics) Senior Secondary with science subject in the relevant subject/field
with 02 years industrial/Lab experience in the desired trade.
7. Sr. Mechanic(MAE) 03 years diploma from a recognized Board/Institute/University in the
relevant or an allied subject/field or equivalent with 02 year industrial/Lab experience in one or
more of the desired traders from a recognized institute/organization.
OR
10th under 10+2 scheme with Science with ITI certificate/National trade certificate/National
Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent in the relevant or allied subject/field with 04 years
experience in the desired trade from a recognized institution/organization.
8. Sr. Mechanic (Chemistry) B.Sc. or equivalent or an allied subject/field with 02 years
industrial/ Lab experience in the desired trade
OR
Senior Secondary with science subject in the relevant field/ subject with 04 years industrial/Lab
experience in the desired trade.
9. Sr. Mechanic (Computer Engineering ) 03 years diploma from a recognized
Board/Institute/University in the relevant or an allied subject/field or equivalent with 02 year
industrial/Lab experience in one or more of the desired traders from a recognized
institute/organization.
OR
10th under 10+2 scheme with Science with ITI certificate/National trade certificate/National
Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent in the relevant or allied subject/field with 04 years
experience in the desired trade from a recognized institution/organization.
10. Sr. Mechanic (ECE) - 03 years diploma from a recognized Board/Institute/University in the
relevant or an allied subject/field or equivalent with 02 years industrial/Lab experience in one or
more of the desired traders from a recognized institute/organization.
OR
10th under 10+2 scheme with Science with ITI certificate/National trade certificate/National
Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent in the relevant or allied subject/field with 04 years
experience in the desired trade from a recognized institution/organization.
11. Sr. Mechanic (Electrical Engineering) 03 years diploma from a recognized
Board/Institute/University in the relevant or an allied subject/field or equivalent with 02 year
industrial/Lab experience in one or more of the desired traders from a recognized
institute/organization.
OR
10th under 10+2 scheme with Science with ITI certificate/National trade certificate/National
Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent in the relevant or allied subject/field with 04 years
experience in the desired trade from a recognized institution/organization.
12. Sr. Mechanic (Physics) B.Sc or equivalent or an allied subject/field with 02 years industrial/
Lab experience in the desired trade.
OR
Senior Secondary with science subject in the relevant field/ subject with 04 years industrial/Lab
experience in the desired trade.
13. Workshop Assistant:
Matriculation with science or equivalent from a recognized Board/University also having
experience as helper etc.
13. Workshop Instructor:
(i) 10+2 with Science & Maths.
(ii) NCTVT/SCTVT- certificate in the concerned trade.
(iii) 03 years practical experience.
OR
(i) 10+2 with Science & Maths
(ii) Diploma in the concerned discipline
(iii) 01 year practical experience.
