Eligibility: Masters Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Child Development or Graduate in the same field with minimum five years of experience of working with children or B.Ed with minimum of four years of experience.
How To Apply: National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development invites Applications for One-Year Regular Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling Course. Application form and the Prospectus can be obtained from Publication Officer (Room No. 003) at the address given below on cash payment of Rs 200/-from 19 July to 06 August 2010. The last date of receipt of duly filled in Admission Form is 06 August, 2010. The admission will be based on scores in Entrance exam and Personal interview which will be held at the Institute's Headquarters at New Delhi from 17-19 August, 2010. National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development, popularly known as NIPCCD, is a premier organisation devoted to promotion of voluntary action research, training and documentation in the overall domain of women and child development. Established in New Delhi in the year 1966 under Societies Registration Act of 1860, it functions under the aegis of the Ministry of Women and Child Development. In order to cater to the region-specific requirements of the country, the Institute, over a period of time, has established four Regional Centres at Guwahati (1978), Bangalore (1980), Lucknow (1982) and Indore (2001).
