The Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, known as IIITM Gwalior or IIITM-G , is a deemed university, which is the first IIIT established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India in 1997, as an initiative to foster information technology (IT) and management education in India. It is located in the city of Gwalior, in the northern part of the state of Madhya Pradesh, India.

IIITM Gwalior was ranked 25th by Outlook-MDRA, in a survey of Top 50 Engineering Colleges in India in 2010. It also secured 38th position in MBA survey done by MBA Universe in 2010. In the same year IIITM Gwalior got A++ grade both in Engineering as well as in MBA from Outlook and Business India respectively. Further this college aims high to get position under top colleges.
