How To Apply:

Application form and Prospectus can be obtained:

1.      On payment of cash Rs 500/- at designated branches of Axis Bank.

2.      By downloading from the website and applying online. Payment can be made using Credit card or by simply sending a DD for the required amount along with the downloaded application form.

3.      By sending a DD for Rs 500/- favouring "Registrar, Vels University" payable at Chennai, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.

4.      By remitting cash Rs 500/- at the Office of the University

Note: Cost of application form for other courses of direct admission is Rs. 350/-

The Vels University is located in Pallavaram, a suburb of Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India.

History

Vael's Educational Trust wad founded by Dr.Ishari K Ganesh, M.Com, MBA, B.L, Ph.D in 1992 in the memory of his late father Shri.Isari Velan, a former minister in the State Govt. of M. G. Ramachandran. The University status was conferred to the Vel's Group of Institutions, by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India in 2008.

To impart and achieve globally high standards of higher education and making our students superior in terms of knowledge and skill who will inturn impart needed social and economic change with self-discipline national outlook and religions tolerance to improve the quality of mankind.

MISSION

To provide job oriented education, to prepare the younger generation for a better future by improving their capabilities to face the competition, to promote research so as to add to the fund of existing universal knowledge and to provide social justice to the socially backward by extending educational facilities to them.
