Opening date for making online applications after payment of fees: 26th November, 2010

Last date for making online application and online submission of application form: 16th December, 2010

Tentative date of written examination: 06th February, 2011

Clerk-cum-cashier in the clerical cadre

Age (as on 01st November, 2010): Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 28 years

Emoluments: Basic pay in time scale of Rs 7200-19300/- plus DA, HRA, CCA, conveyance allowance, gratuity, pension, LFC, Medical aid, reimbursement of hospitalization and other expenses as also various facilities under staff welfare schemes as per bank’s rules

Written examination: Objective test 200 question, 200 marks; duration composite 95 minutes; test of reasoning; test of numerical ability; test of general awareness; test of English language

Objective test on computer knowledge (one paper) 50 marks (duration 30 minutes)

Personal interview: A personal interview of 50 marks shall be conducted to assess the candidates’ academic record, power of expression, clarity of thought, qualities of leadership, extra curricular activities, hobbies, general demeanour, behaviour, communication skills, etc. The minimum qualifying marks for the personal Interview would be 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates)

A candidate who does not receive the examination call letter by 31st January, 2011 can download the call letter from the bank’s website from 01st February, 2011 to 05th February, 2011
